Cancellation of Subscription and Refund Policy
Parents have the option to discontinue with their child’s one-to-one tutoring services with the best eTutor at any point of time and ask for a refund of the advance monthly subscription. All Refunds will be governed by our Refund Policy and the following rules shall be applicable:
100% refund of subscription payment for a month will be applicable for all requests received by us up to the 1st Thursday of the same month;75% refund of subscription payment for a month will be applicable for all requests received by us up to the 2nd Thursday of the same month;50% refund of subscription payment for a month will be applicable for all requests received by us up to the 3rd Thursday of the same month;25% refund of subscription payment for a month will be applicable for all requests received by us up to the 4th Thursday of the same month;We will not be in a position to honor any Refund request for a month which are made beyond the 4th Thursday of the same month.
